Email Interface Features
KnowledgeControl Paperless Office server integrates email into the KC Communication Management system workflows. This means all documents, forms and business process are delivered to the appropriate KC user in the workflow via email.
Business Documents, Forms, Letters and Presentation Process Email
All mission critical business documents, forms, letters and presentations workflowed via KnowledgeControl Paperless Office server are delivered to the designated KC user via process embedded rich HTML email. KC users from the email can execute on their role in the process, collaborate with other KC users that have a role in the workflow, journalize comments, redirect the workflow to another KC user, review "How to" knowledge, review past examples and advance the status of the workflow.
Action Taken Email Notification
When any action is performed on a active business document, form, letter or presentation workflow the KC Communication system automatically send an email notice to all KC users assigned to the workflow. Action Taken Email Notifications provide the recipient with information and a direct link to the workflow document, form, letter or presentation and it's collaboration history, keeping everyone on the same page.
Status Change Email Notifications
Throughout the life cycle of a document, form, letter or presentation workflows the KnowledgeControl Communication system will notify the KC users associated with the workflow of all status changes. As the workflow status changes from Not Complete to Ongoing to Manager Check-off to Complete or Problem status an email notice is automatically sent to the appropriate KC users. The email notice provides the KC user with information and a direct link to the workflow history
